How can I get started with amigo?
Getting started with Amigo is easy. Contact us via phone, email, or our web form to schedule a consultation. We’ll work closely with you to develop a customized eCommerce fulfillment solution that aligns with your business goals.
Where is amigo located?
We are strategically located 20 minutes from the west coast US/Mexico border, three hours from Long Beach and Los Angeles Port, and 35 minutes from Ensenada, MX port.
Will amigo process orders same day?
Yes! amigo standard processing time is cut off at 11 a.m. PT and it delivers to your preferred shipping carriers in the US same day. There are occasions such as peak season or customers with low daily volumes where we may ship orders within 48 – 72-hour window. Our team will communicate ahead of time with full transparency with you to arrange priorities if needed.

Since amigo is in Mexico, will my shipping costs or transit time increase?
No! Fulfilling from amigo has no impact on your negotiated shipping rates in the US or our negotiated US shipping rates if you prefer to use our shipping accounts. And No! Transit times are the same as if you fulfilled from a fulfillment center in the US. Once we hand over the packages to the carriers at their hubs in the US within 24 – 48 hours from order receipt, your orders are on their way to your customers.
How soon will amigo save me money?
From first container arrival, guaranteed. Our expert team will take care of coordinating the entire process required from clearing the container from the port, customs, drayage, and delivery to our warehouse in Mexico. All you need to do is send us the Arrival Notice, Commercial Invoice and MBOL — we’ll take it from there!
